Okay so I made a slide show of everything that's been going on since the last post...
Anyway, we are just having a wonderful end to the summer. It's been great! Nothing new around here, just anticipating the second week of October. That's when I think I'm supposed to find out what we are having!
Today I took Rowan to get breakfast and saw some great garage sales going on in our area. So I stoped and they had a crib. We already have one but we were going back a forth with deciding to move Rowan to a big boy bed here soon or just buy another crib? So I said to myself I'm going to ask this lady how much this crib is and if I can get it under $40 then that's a sign to keep Rowan in a crib. She said make me an offer and I started with $30... SOLD! Yay! It's not just a fabulous crib, but hey I suspect he's not going to be in it that long. And it will look good with the decor I've chosen... which moves me to that! I think I've decided to do a truck/construction theme. I was going to go cowboy, but 1) Rowan doesn't like cowboys 2) I could see myself spending way to much money. So we decided on trucks because that's what Rowan loves the most and we already have a lot of truck stuff! He's a truck guy... anything with wheels. So anyway, I'm starting on it now so that when my mom gets here she can help me with the finishing touches.
